Referral Policy

At Jurisphere, we believe the best endorsement comes from customers who’ve genuinely experienced the value we bring to their legal work. If you’ve had a good experience with us, chances are you’ve already mentioned it to an in-house colleague, a law firm, or a fellow lawyer, sometimes without even thinking of it as a “referral.” We’d love to make that word of mouth work in your favour too. Our referral programme is our way of saying thank you, rewarding your trust in Jurisphere while welcoming the organisations you introduce into our growing network.

1. General Conditions

Any individual or organisation on an active Jurisphere subscription is eligible to participate in the referral programme (“Referring User”).

There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referring User can make or the number of subscription extensions or other benefits earned under this programme (“Referral Benefit”) they can receive.

Each organisation or individual introduced under this programme (“Referred User”) can be attributed to only one Referring User, determined in accordance with Section 5 below.

2. What Makes a Referral Valid

To qualify for a Referral Benefit, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The Referred User must be new to Jurisphere, or has not held an active Jurisphere subscription for a significant period.
  • The Referred User must not already be in active engagement with Jurisphere through prior independent contact. Jurisphere will determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis and will inform the Referring User accordingly.
  • The Referring User must personally introduce the Referred User to Jurisphere. This means the introduction should come from you, and should give the referred organisation a reason to expect our outreach, rather than being a name passed along without context.
  • The Referred User must purchase an annual, upfront Jurisphere subscription within a reasonable time since the referral, and meet the minimum threshold set out in Section 3 below.

3. Referral Benefit & Minimum License Threshold

Your Referral Benefit, and the minimum number of licenses the Referred User needs to purchase, is based on the size of your own subscription. Here’s how it typically works:

Referring User’s number of licensesMinimum licenses Referred User must purchaseReferral Benefit
111 additional month
221 additional month
3 to 19*3+1 additional month
Any20 or more2 additional months

* For organisations with more than 10 licenses, the Referral Benefit will be determined by Jurisphere at its discretion, taking into account the specifics of your subscription.

4. How to Make a Referral

You may share a referral in any of the following ways:

  • Email your Jurisphere point of contact directly with the name and details of the organisation you wish to refer, and we will take it from there.
  • Write to us at success@jurisphere.ai or jayanth@jurisphere.ai if you do not have an assigned contact.
  • Respond to any referral request, pop-up, or survey that appears on the Jurisphere platform. These are our way of making it easy to share a referral at a time that is convenient for you.

We will confirm receipt of your referral and keep you informed as the introduction progresses.

Note: Upon a successful referral, Jurisphere will issue an invoice in your favour at a 100% discount to formally record the referral and the corresponding extension of your subscription.

5. Clarifications & Disputes

Where more than one Referring User introduces the same Referred User, the Referral Benefit will be awarded to whichever Referring User made the first qualifying introduction, as determined by Jurisphere’s internal records.

The Referral Benefit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Jurisphere reserves the right to withhold or halt the Referral Benefit if the Referred User’s subscription is cancelled or refunded within the first billing cycle. In such cases, the Referring User’s subscription will end at its original date.

Jurisphere may modify or discontinue this programme at any time, at its sole discretion. Jurisphere’s determination on all matters relating to referral attribution, eligibility, and chronology of introductions will be final.
