  • Independent, licensed attorneys review and deliver final outputs

Jurisphere is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice directly.

By using Jurisphere, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes
  • Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to access restricted parts of the system

Jurisphere may suspend or terminate access if these conditions are not met.

  • Platform usage may be free or subject to pricing displayed on the website
  • Legal fees are determined by the attorney you engage
  • Payments may be processed through Jurisphere for convenience

Any overdue payments may incur applicable charges.

  • Jurisphere retains ownership of its platform, technology, and systems
  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the platform
  • You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the system

Legal work delivered may be subject to the attorney’s ownership and applicable laws.

  • Attorneys are bound by professional confidentiality obligations
  • Jurisphere maintains strict data security and confidentiality practices
  • Information may be shared only as necessary to provide services or comply with legal requirements
  • You retain ownership of your data and documents
  • Jurisphere may process data to provide and improve services
  • Data is not shared across users or used to train third-party AI models without consent

Data may be retained as required by legal and regulatory obligations.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Jurisphere processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Jurisphere is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for platform services in the preceding 12 months

Attorneys on the platform operate independently and are responsible for managing conflicts of interest in accordance with their professional obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delaware courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
