Legal Sales Associate
About the role
As a Legal Sales Associate at Jurisphere.ai, you will execute enterprise sales cycles from prospect identification through deal closure. You'll manage client communications, coordinate vendor assessments, track deal progress, and help move deals forward at every stage. You will work directly with sales leadership and founders on real sales activity—managing questionnaires, scheduling calls, following up on blockers, and preparing documentation. This role offers hands-on exposure to how enterprise sales works in LegalTech.
What you'll do
- Prospect and outreach: Identify and research prospects through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, your network, and industry events; conduct strategic outreach.
- Manage vendor assessments: Distribute questionnaires, coordinate responses, and compile documentation across vendor assessment processes.
- Own client communications: Serve as client contact during sales cycles; respond to queries and schedule calls and demos.
- Drive deal progress: Track outstanding items and follow up persistently on blockers to keep deals moving forward.
- Maintain pipeline and documentation: Maintain deal pipeline in HubSpot, prepare status updates, and compile compliance documentation and materials for clients at different evaluation stages.
- Support closures and expansion: Support demos, pilots, and deal closures; identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Must haves
- Experience in disputes: you understand litigation workflows, disputes teams, and what they value, and can speak credibly to this market.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; you draft clear emails and communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Confidence to push back on unreasonable requests and know when to escalate.
- Client experience management: responsive, professional, and committed to ensuring clients feel heard throughout the sales cycle.
- Ability to adapt quickly as product, client needs, and compliance requirements evolve.
- Working understanding of cloud infrastructure, SaaS deployment models, and compliance frameworks.
Nice to have
- Experience working in LegalTech.
- Understanding of AI and machine learning, including token input/output context.
- Strong network with fellow lawyers and law firms.
